Terms and conditions
The customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions when shopping in the Seikkailuviikari Oy online store.
Conclusion of the contract
The binding contract of sale comes into force when the order is confirmed.
The order confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
Use of the item
The item is defined in the item description
The customer has the right to use the object and its equipment for the period specified in the product.
The hirer uses the equipment at his own risk and in accordance with these instructions. The rented products are not insured by the renter.
If the customer notices any defects or other remarks in the destination, he/she must immediately inform Seikkailuviikari Oy.
The customer is obliged to take care of the hired item and to exercise particular care and caution when handling it.
The customer also undertakes to use the equipment only in accordance with its intended purpose.
The equipment may not be handed over to any person or persons other than the person or persons who have signed the contract.
The object must be returned within the agreed time to the agreed place in person.
If the rented equipment is returned in a condition requiring cleaning or repair, the customer will be charged the costs incurred for this on top of the rent. If the equipment is not repairable, the cost of a new, equivalent product will be charged. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will be happy to advise you on the use of the equipment.
Damage compensation
The customer is liable to compensate Seikkailuviikari Oy for any damage caused by him/her to the site. The owner is also liable for other persons and any damage caused by them during the use of the site.
Seikkailuviikari Oy will not compensate the customer for any damage or expenses caused by natural conditions, such as sledging or unexpected weather changes.
Complaints
Any complaints should always be made as soon as possible after the matter has arisen.
If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily or if it involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be submitted in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.
Seikkailuviikari Oy will endeavour to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible, but not later than one month.
If the customer and Seikkailuviikari Oy do not reach an agreement, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Cancellations and changes
Kuusaanlampi ice track
Season tickets can only be cancelled if Seikkailuviikari Oy, through its own negligence, prevents the customer who purchased the season ticket from using the destination.
Weather conditions do not entitle the customer to a refund of the season ticket or a refund.
If the ice rink cannot be realised due to weather conditions and/or safety reasons, Seikkailuviikari Oy will issue a new season ticket for the next season without charge to the person who purchased the season ticket.
Kuusaanlampi touring skating, cross-country skiing and sledging track
Season tickets can only be cancelled if Seikkailuviikari, through its own negligence, prevents the customer who has purchased a season ticket from using the site.
Weather conditions do not entitle the customer to a refund or refund of the season ticket.
If the ice rink cannot be completed due to weather conditions and/or safety reasons, Seikkailuviikari Oy will issue a new season ticket for the next season without charge to the person who purchased the season ticket.
Rental of equipment and other equipment
The cancellation date is the date on which Seikkailuviikari Oy is informed of the cancellation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.
If the customer cancels the booking,
if the reservation is 14 days or more before the start of the booking, a delivery fee will be charged. The delivery charge is €23 (incl. VAT), which will also be charged when cancelling an online booking.
if the reservation is made less than 14 days but at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period, 50 % of the rental price will be charged.
for bookings made less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the full rental price will be charged.
Payment conditions
Seikkailuviikari Oy uses reliable and secure payment methods for its services.
Seikkailuviikari Oy does not store bank or credit card details at any time.
The customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.
Payment by Seikkailuviikari Oy invoice
The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice
The product will only be delivered once the invoice has been paid
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled
When using payment options other than the Seikkailuviikari Oy invoice
If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, Seikkailuviikari Oy will not process the order.
General terms and conditions
The prices shown on the online service are subject to VAT.
We sell products to adult individuals and business customers.
We reserve the right to change prices.
