Kari Juhani Niemi (born 28.1.1965, Anjala) is a former Finnish sprinter. Niemi won a Finnish championship in the 100 m in 1989 and in the 200 m in 1992. He also won silver in the 100 m in 1988. Niemi ran his personal best, 10,45, in the 100 m on June 9th, 1988. With this time he is the 15. fastest Finn of all time. Niemi represented sports club Karhulan Urheilijat and he was trained by Sakari Seppälä. He is the owner and CEO of SeikkailuviiKari Oy.
